She is gourgous!!! Walking around her paddock like a princess. I think Ted and Pam are exhausted. She got here about 330 am. She hasn't drank anything yet but they said she drank alot on the way. She christened her new place with a large poo very soon after she got here. Beth

Katie has brushed her and done her feet all four of them without a flinch. Stan has worked with her halter training and she has done really well so far. Beth
Truth in Advertising
Web Site --- Great first impression! Excellent source of information! Answers most questions clearly and expands into areas not originally thought of. Leads a person from basic information, to sources of greater depth on almost any subject. Clearly, many hours of extensive research has gone into the creation.
Email Responses --- Very timely responses, very informative and helpful, full of personality!
Personal Visits --- An extension of your emails! Your "in-person" personalities are exactly like your emails. Your ranch/operation is clearly run as a business, but with a clear love of animals (all of them!), as well as your family. I like your pasture setup for all of your horses - it's the most natural setting for raising horses, and I especially like your pasture setup for the stallions - more humane and natural than many operations. You understand each and every horse and give valuable insight into their quirks. You pass this wealth of knowledge and information to the buyer, thereby giving the horse and new owner the best chance to succeed in their new relationship.
First
impression of horses:
Both website and personal explanations are a clear representation of
Truth in Advertising. After only 3 days of ownership I can honestly say
all three horses are exactly as promised!
Rusty --- Well trained and socialized, clearly a well-bred horse with the promise of great athletic capabilities and the mental capacity to understand, accept, and enjoy the new things that come his way

UPDATE ON RUSTY Autumn 2005:
Rusty spent about 45 days at the trainers (the guy attended several shows on weekends) – his wife (several months pregnant) did a refresher of ground work with Rusty before he started new training.
Anyway, I rode Rusty for his “graduation” ride through the woods & trails on his property. He rode an Arabian he had in for training – made several cynical cracks about “sure-footed” Arabians – sure enough we came to this big, BIG log that was across the trail and the Arabian stumbled and landed head first throwing him over into a tree stump. They went around the log.
Rusty walked up to the log, sniffed at it, stepped over with one front leg, then had to figure out how to get his other legs over. That log actually came up to his belly – I could see the thoughts going through his brain… “Oh crap! What did I get myself into?” “How am I going to get my other front leg up & over?” “OK, got the front end over, now I gotta stretch the back legs!” I was very proud and happy with his deep thinking!
Later in the ride we came to a trickle of water that made a big muddy spot across the trail – Rusty put his head down – so I thought he was thinking the situation out before stepping across…boy was I surprised (and unprepared) when he took this “wild” leap across to keep his toes dry! I ended up almost on top of the saddlehorn – carried a big bruise on my leg for several weeks. Not so proud :>
But we continued along with no problems – trotted awhile (I was bouncing all over – you gotta realize I hadn’t been on a horse for several years – talk about nervous!) and cantered for a ways. Rusty did a super job – I’m sure I was more nervous than he was. But I was very proud of his achievements for the day. Can’t wait for decent weather again. Jerona M.
UPDATE ON RUSTY: Thursday, January 05, 2006
I rode him once last fall when I picked him up from the trainer’s – Haven’t been on him since, so I am sure spring will be interesting. Once he gets his rhythm he has a nice canter, and his trot is fairly easy to ride – I was having just as much trouble getting my seat too. Jerona M.
Nugget --- Although she displays an attitude (one of those "quirks" you addressed), she is a nice mare, with good bloodlines and a proven production record as evidenced by the photos of her foals on your website. Once past the bluff, she is well-behaved, and easy to work with

Sunshine --- A high-spirited, but very mannerly, young lady with the conformation that speaks of speed and agility, with the brains to match - exactly what her bloodlines promise! A pleasure to handle, with a loving attitude - and always aware of, and interested in her surroundings. Jeri M of WI

He did wonderful on the trip.
He did wonderful on the trip. Quiet all the way and stepped down out of the trailer with only a few moments hesitation (he didn't jump out or try to run, just put his front feet quietly down and we walked him to the pen). He made a little noise during the night (whinnying at the others outside his pen), but seems to have adjusted good. He has plenty of room to run and play and his shelter is a good size for him.
